1. The Organizer reserves the right to dismiss students whose behavior is deemed as dangerous to other students or instructor.

2. The Organizer is not responsible for circumstances beyond its control, actions of third parties, inclimate weather, diseases, epidemics/pandemics etc. 

3. All registrations are refundable before DATE with $100 charge for processing fee. After DATE, there is no refund for any withdraw. 

4. Parents acknowledge that students' photos may be used in promotional materials.

5. Any and all disputes concerning, relating, arising out of or referring to the subject matter of this contract shall be resolved exclusively by binding arbitration in Nassau County, New York, according to the then existing commercial rules of the American Arbitration Association and the substantive laws of that state.
